Nichcraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Deal Email Filter through the monday.com platform, subject to these terms and your active subscription.
We will not contact users outside of the monday.com platform unless you reach out to us first via support@nichcraft.com.
You agree to use the app in accordance with monday.com's terms of service and applicable laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nichcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall the app from your monday.com account. We may suspend access for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
