What data we collect

Deal Email Filter stores the following in monday.com's built-in storage (monday.storage):

Your monday.com user ID (to keep your preferences separate from other users)
Email timestamps (to identify which emails you have linked or hidden)
Your link/hide preferences per deal

We do not collect names, email addresses, email content, or any personally identifiable information beyond what monday.com already holds.

Where data is stored

All data is stored exclusively in monday.com's own storage infrastructure (monday.storage). We do not operate external servers, databases, or cloud storage.

Third-party services

Deal Email Filter does not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools. The app communicates only with monday.com's API.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, stored preferences are cleared automatically (monday.com resets instance storage on uninstall). Any remaining data will be deleted within 10 days of a deletion request.
