What data we collect

Deal Email Filter stores the following in monday.com's built-in storage (monday.storage):

• Your monday.com user ID (to keep your preferences separate from other users)
• Email timestamps (to identify which emails you have linked or hidden)
• Your link/hide preferences per deal
• Cross-deal email ownership (which deal an email has been assigned to, so the same email does not appear on multiple deals)
• Whether you have completed the onboarding tour or dismissed any introductory tips

We do not collect names, email addresses, email content, or any personally identifiable information beyond what monday.com already holds.

Where data is stored

All data is stored exclusively in monday.com's own storage infrastructure (monday.storage). Data stored in monday.storage is protected by monday.com's built-in encryption and security controls. We do not operate external servers, databases, or cloud storage.

Third-party services

Deal Email Filter does not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools. The app communicates only with monday.com's API.

Website analytics

This website (nichcraft.com) uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with our pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which helps us improve the site. This usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies. Clarity masks sensitive content by default. This applies only to our website. Deal Email Filter itself, running inside monday.com, uses no analytics (see "Third-party services" above). For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Data retention

Your preferences are stored in monday.com's infrastructure and persist as long as the app is installed on your account. monday.com manages the retention and security of data stored in monday.storage.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your stored preferences at any time by contacting support@nichcraft.com. We will process deletion requests within 10 days. If you uninstall the app, your stored preferences may persist in monday.com's storage infrastructure; contact us to request full deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data stored by the app on your behalf. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@nichcraft.com. We will respond within 10 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
