App: CRM Duplicates (for monday.com CRM)

Nichcraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CRM Duplicates ("the App") through the monday.com platform, subject to these terms and your active subscription.
The App requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Billing is managed entirely through monday.com's marketplace. By subscribing, you agree to monday.com's billing terms. Nichcraft does not process payments directly.
We will not contact users outside of the monday.com platform unless you reach out to us first via support@nichcraft.com.
You agree to use the App in accordance with monday.com's terms of service and applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
The App acts on your CRM records only when you confirm an action. Merges write your chosen values to the record you keep and archive the other records into a "Merged duplicates" group on the same board; the App never deletes records, and merges can be reversed within 7 days. You are responsible for reviewing each merge before confirming it. The App is a tool to assist you in managing your own data, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your CRM records.
The App and all related materials are the property of Nichcraft. Your subscription grants a usage license only. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nichcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall the App from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or monday.com's terms of service. Upon termination, your stored data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@nichcraft.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
