14-day free trial

Every new install starts with a 14-day free trial of the full app. There is no separate free tier. If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, the app simply stops running new merges until you do; your existing data and merge history are untouched.

What's included

• Duplicate detection across Leads, Contacts and Accounts: on email, similar names (typos included), and name + phone, not just exact text.
• Field-level merging: you choose, field by field, what the record you keep ends up with.
• Duplicates are moved into a "Merged duplicates" group on the same board, never deleted, with a 7-day undo on every merge.
• A merge history so you can see what was merged and who merged it.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions, upgrades, and cancellation are all handled through monday.com's marketplace under your account's billing settings. Nichcraft does not process payments directly and never sees your card details. You can cancel at any time from monday.com.
